Regional origin

The Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is a coffee for real connoisseurs who love this light, elegant and fine taste. In order to find the optimal flavor rounding, Mokaflor only uses selected and hand-harvested Arabica coffee beans from the cultivation areas of Costa Rica, the Touron Arabica variety with its fine vanilla note, the Antigua Pastores variety from Guatemala with the fine chocolate notes, plus the low-acid coffee beans from the high altitudes from Mexico, the full-bodied and powerful Santos from Brazil and the spicy aroma of the Sidamo coffee beans from Ethiopia.

Mild and soft

This mixture only becomes perfect through the slow and individual roasting of each bean variety in the rotary drum, which lasts between 15 and 18 minutes at an even temperature. And so the Mokaflor Chiaroscuro presents itself as a mild, soft coffee with a harmoniously soft taste. Due to the pure Arabica mixture, the crema is not too pronounced. As a coffee without milk and sugar, however, the Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is a poem. Tastefully packed in a box!
