Mount Hagen's Papua New Guinea Organic Roast Coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans. These come from Purosa in Papua New Guinea. They are high-quality single origin beans. Initially, the taste is velvety and mild. In the aftertaste, it becomes excitingly spicy. Very fine, harmonious acids also give the Papua New Guinea organic roasted coffee its distinctive character.
The organic coffee is gently roasted in Hamburg at Mount Hagen
The roasting company Mount Hagen from Hamburg aims to produce organic coffee fairly, maintain close relationships with coffee farmers in the growing regions and create aromatic blends. The beans are grown under strict rules of organic farming, and they work with the coffee farmers on an equal footing and with respect. In the north of Germany, in Hamburg, the beans are then slowly roasted in the drum so that all the aromas can unfold intensively.
