The Decaffeinato Caffè from the Pascucci roasting company consists of high-quality beans from Brazil, Colombia and India. These have been decaffeinated and roasted rather dark.
Sweet notes harmonise with nutty nuances
.Notes of toasted bread and malt give a great roasted aroma. The sweetness of caramel harmonises with the aroma of chocolate as well as nut. All in all, a very harmonious, typically Italian blend. The texture is nice and creamy.
