Naturally processed, high quality beans.
The Extra Bar Classic from the Pascucci roasting company consists of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans. The Arabica beans come from Ethiopia, Haiti and Brazil. The Robusta beans were grown in India. Only "naturals" were used, i.e. green coffees that were naturally dried for two to four weeks after harvesting. Therefore, the taste is low in acidity and full-bodied.

Tight, powerful and full-bodied - that's how Extra Bar Classic can be described in three words. Notes of bread crust, chocolate, cocoa as well as corn syrup harmonise great together and result in a coherent taste. The aroma of dried fruit also adds a great sweetness. The espresso is intense and offers a thick crema.
