The Extra Bar Mild from the Pascucci roasting company consists of high-quality beans. The Arabica beans come from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, Ethiopia and Brazil. The Robusta beans come from India. Coffees grown in Central America in particular are described as mild. The blend combines mild aroma, powerful taste and fine acids.

Notes of spices, bread crust and chocolate harmonise perfectly. The nuance of ripe persimmon also adds a nice fruit flavour. The blend has a soft, velvety texture. Overall, the Extra Bar Mild is very complex and manages to be mild in the overall picture.
