Beans roasted over an open fire
The Classico from Ponte Rialto consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. The Arabica beans were grown in Brazil and India, the Robusta beans come from Uganda. The beans were roasted in small quantities for 18 minutes over an open fire, so that the espresso tastes authentically Italian and contains great roasted aromas.
Great aromas of cocoa and amaretto harmonize with citrus fruits
In terms of taste, the Classico is a very fine, aromatic espresso. The main notes of amaretto and cocoa are long-lasting and harmonious. Very fine citrus notes round off the aromas. The picture in the cup is also impressive - the honey-colored crema is long-lasting and stable.
