Ponte Rialto's Forte espresso blend is composed of equal parts Arabica and Robusta beans. This produces an intense, strong espresso. The spicy character of the Forte is accompanied by intense floral and cinnamon notes. Due to the high proportion of Robusta, this espresso develops an exceptionally dense and long-lasting crema.
Amaretto and cherry
The beans for Ponte Rialto Classico come from Brazil, India and Uganda. The blend is composed of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. After a gentle roasting, the result is an authentic Italian espresso with notes of amaretto and cherry. Fine citrus notes skilfully round off the aroma profile.
