The decaffeinated 5 Stelle is based on 65% finest Arabica beans from Central and South America, which, combined with 35% Robusta beans from India, create a harmonious composition with a lot of body. The former reputation that a decaffeinated espresso is to be placed behind its caffeinated counterpart in terms of taste can long be considered outdated. The 5 Stelle Decaffeinato offers full aromas of light citrus notes with hints of dark chocolate, rounded off by nutty-caramel notes. Jolly - Decaffeinato
The beans for this 100% Arabica blend come from different provenances, but mostly from Central America. The many different bean varieties, in combination with a gentle roasting, contribute to fine fruity notes, a perfect acidity, full body, lots of volume and a lasting spiciness. First, the bean varieties are roasted individually and then combined to create this fine blend, which is also characterised by bitter and cocoa notes, as well as a hazelnut-brown crema.
Manaresi - Miscela Oro Decaffeinated
The decaffeinated Miscela Oro from the noble roaster Manaresi impresses with its excellent roasting and strong taste. 90% Arabica beans from Central and South America are combined with 10% Indian Robustas. The beans are roasted with the traditional drum roasting method to a medium roast level. The taste is characterised by well-balanced, fine aromas that harmonise elegantly with fruity notes and a slightly chocolaty aroma. Meanwhile, the 10% Robusta beans ensure a fine creaminess and thus contribute to the perfect suitability for espresso, caffè crema, cappuccino and latte. Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato.
Costadoro - Decaffeinated
For the decaffeinated espresso, Torrefatione Costadoro uses a blend of the best washed highland coffee bean varieties from Central and South America. Each variety is roasted individually in small batches to the perfect degree of roast and thus contributes to optimising the overall result. This is reflected above all in a perfect acidity, a full body and a lasting spiciness and length. This high effort pays off and makes the Costadoro an excellent espresso decaffeinato.
