THE PHILOSOPHY OF CAFFÈ DIEMME

Caffè Diemme is an Italian coffee roasting company with a long tradition. The roastery was founded around 90 years ago, in 1927, by the Dubbini family and is now run as a family business by the third generation. In addition to tradition and passion for coffee, Caffè Diemme places great value on high-quality products, close customer relationships and many years of experience. The roasting plant is located not far from the Italian university city of Padua, about 30 km west of Venice.

Experience and passion play an outstanding role at Caffè Diemme. The selection of the best provenances, professional roasting and the combination of tradition and innovation are combined in the various coffee creations. At Diemme, coffee is a way of life and always comes first.

SPECIAL STORAGE OF GREEN COFFEE BEANS

The peculiarity and the secret of Caffè Diemme's coffees lie in the storage of the green coffee beans. Caffè Diemme does not store the beans in huge green coffee warehouses near the big ports until they are called up, as is usually the case, but in its own green coffee warehouse. The beans are stored here under optimal conditions, so that all the conditions are created to achieve the exceptional Diemme aroma.

CAFFÈ DIEMME AND MARANELLO

In addition to the classic line, the Caffè Diemme range also includes the Maranello blends. The Maranello blends are a tribute to the Scuderia Ferrari, which made the northern Italian town of Maranello famous around the world. These blends are dedicated to the family member Giulio Dubbini, whose Ferrari (1983 in Montecarlo) adorns the red packaging.
