The Bio Cafe Creme from the Rösttrommel roastery in Nürnberg consists of 100 % organically grown Arabica beans. The organically certified cooperative Octopeque in Honduras carefully cultivated the Arabica beans, which were then roasted in a roasting drum in Nuremberg. The high-quality Bio Cafe Creme is unmixed and roasted by hand.
Nuts and chocolate harmonize
The Bio Cafe Creme can be easily prepared in the espresso maker, portafilter and fully automatic machines. The Bio Cafe Creme is a dark roast from the Nürnberg roastery Rösttrommel. The blend is very harmonious overall and has great notes of chocolate and nuts.
