The Espresso Mondiale from the Rösttrommel coffee roastery has a mixing ratio of 50 % Arabica coffee beans and 50 % Robusta coffee beans. The high quality of the coffee beans is the top priority for the roasting company. Therefore, the roastery works with the farmers on a long-term basis and ensures that they work together responsibly. Rösttrommel roasted the fine beans by hand in their roastery in Nuremberg.

The espresso beans are roasted in the classic Italian way and can be described as strong and chocolaty. Thanks to the relatively high proportion of Robusta coffee beans, the crema is incredibly good! The Espresso Mondiale is suitable for preparation in the espresso maker, portafilter and fully automatic machines. The Robusta beans come from India, the Arabica beans were grown in Brazil.
