The decaffeinated taste experience from roast drum
Rösttrommel has created a delicious decaffeinated taste experience - the Eleane Mierisch Specialty Decaf. This coffee is made from 100% Arabica coffee beans sourced from the Mierisch family's coffee farms in Los Placeres, Nicaragua. The Mierisch family grows and hand-picks the Caturra, Javainca and Red Catuai varieties on their farms in Nicaragua and Honduras. The roasting drum Rösttrommel maintains a close exchange with the coffee farms of the Mierisch family in order to bring exceptional coffees to Germany. The Eleane Mierisch Specialty Decaf is a single origin coffee from Nicaragua that impresses with its unique taste. It has a creamy, fruity note of milk chocolate and currant.
This is how you succeed in your special coffee moment
In order to enjoy the full aroma, it is advisable to brew the coffee freshly ground from a portafilter machine. The result is a small, strong espresso with a creamy crema. Of course, the coffee can also be prepared with a fully automatic machine or a classic Bialetti to spoil the palate.
Roaster with passion
Rösttrommel was founded in 2010 by Michael Heyder and Stefan Schwarz. What started as a passion developed into a successful business model. The company started with a mobile coffee bar and a small roastery in Nuremberg. Their goal was to offer quality coffee to as many people as possible - every day. Today Rösttrommel has two roasting locations in Nuremberg and Erlangen as well as two cafés where coffee lovers can try the different varieties and buy them to take home. The company works closely with selected coffee farms to bring specialty coffees to Germany and offer customers a unique taste experience.
