Arabica beans are grown in Muyinga, Burundi
The Busasa espresso from the Seekind Coffee roastery takes its name from the producer of the coffee, Busasa CWS. The station is located in the municipality of Buhinyuza, in the province of Muyinga in northern Burundi. The Busasa CWS station collects the coffee cherries from 10 surrounding hills as well as from its own coffee plantation, consisting of more than 7,000 plants.
Beans roasted very lightly make for a flowery, sparkling espresso
Only Arabica beans are used for the Busasa espresso, more precisely Red Bourbon beans. After being grown at an altitude of 1,700 - 1,800 meters in Burundi, they were processed naturally. The espresso has sparkling aromas and tastes of sweet strawberries. The espresso was roasted very lightly, which gives it its flowery, fresh character.
