Fine Arabica beans with a light roast
Supremo's Vargem Alegre is made from 100% of the finest Arabica beans. These are grown at an altitude of 1,300 m in Brazil in the Conceicao das Pedras region by Daniel Da Silva. Arabica beans are of the Yellow Catuai variety. They are processed naturally and have a light degree of roasting.

The Vargem Alegre is a very high-quality coffee. This is reflected in the high rating of 92.12 out of a possible 100 points from the SCA, the Specialty Coffee Association. Notes of cacao nibs harmonize with black cherries. The sweetness of raisins and the aroma of Merlot also contribute to the sensational taste. The Vargrem Alegre is perfectly suited for preparation using manual filter methods and filter coffee machines.
