Truesday's Sierra Azul is made from 100% fine Arabica beans. These were grown in Caturra, Mexico. The beans were medium roasted. The taste of Sierra Azul is a well-balanced blend. Notes of hazelnut, caramel and mango harmonise perfectly with each other.
