Crema DE PID - Perfect control for coffee lovers

The heart of the Bezzera - Crema DE PID is the PID system for temperature control. This modern system replaces the traditional pressostat and offers you a precise temperature display directly on the display. Even better: you can individually adjust the boiler temperature between 80 °C and 100 °C. The volumetric dosage of the coffee is controlled by a microprocessor, and by programming two portions directly on the keypad you have full control over your coffee.
