MANARESI: CONTINUING A SPECIAL COFFEE TRADITION
Tradition and passion are the most important values of the Manaresi roastery. The recipes for the extraordinary coffee date back to 1898. In the spring of 1898, Alessandro Manaresi founded the Manaresi roasting plant. While strolling through the center of Florence, he realized that there was no coffee not far away that he felt was unique and special.
MANARESI: AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE CITY OF FLORENCE
The Manaresi roasting plant has been an integral part of the city of Florence since its foundation. On Via De' Lamberti, next to the church of Orsanmichele, the coffee is roasted and sold. The adjacent café is traditionally decorated in bronze, with mirrors and precious woods. Every Florentine knows its inimitable aroma and taste and keeps its memory both in his heart and on his tongue. In honor of the city of Florence, Michelangelo's David is depicted on the roastery's packaging. The first monumental statue of the High Renaissance is considered one of the most famous sculptures in the history of art.
TRADITIONAL COFFEE BLENDS WITH PASSION
The traditional coffee blends "Manaresi Miscela Oro" or "Manaresi Super Bar Brown" have always been created with the same care and rigor. For this coffee, the best coffees in the world are selected and roasted with the same passionate dedication in traditional roasting machines: In small quantities at a time and in traditional methods under the attentive control of human experience, which can never be replaced by machines. The traditional blend Miscela Oro is now also available as Manaresi decaffinato. An excellent coffee pleasure without caffeine!
QUALITY AND UNCONDITIONAL FRESHNESS
The only concessions to modernity made by the roastery are an aroma-preserving packaging technique and the dynamization and flexibilization of production and distribution. The traditional standards are, of course, maintained. The high quality of the espresso beans as well as the art of roasting result in an extremely tasty and unmistakably round coffee. Caffè Manaresi is a genuine Italian coffee that remains true to all traditions to this day.
