PASSALACQUA: THE COFFEE PEARL OF NEAPLES

Passalacqua, where coffee is still a family affair. Biagio Passalacqua has been producing espresso in Naples since 1948. With love for the product and loyalty to the employees, the family is now steering the company in the fourth generation. For more than half a century, Biagio Passalacqua has been the first to unlock the gate at seven in the morning. Today, however, he goes home earlier and is no longer the one who also turns off the lights and locks up.

A PASSION FOR COFFEE SINCE 70 YEARS

Passalacqua is characterized by almost 70 years of company history. At the beginning, the company made do with a small 5 kg coffee distiller and an infectious enthusiasm and great love for the product. To create the best blends of Arabica and Robusta beans, coffee is imported from the best growing countries in the world, including Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Java and Vietnam.

NEAPOLITAN COFFEE IN THE WORLD

It all started as a small company and today Passalacqua is a company that supplies Neapolitan coffee all over the world. The production facilities are automated and have larger production capacities. However, the company has always remained faithful to roasting Neapolitan coffee according to tradition. It commits itself every day to achieve the highest quality and to ensure the traditions and the quality of Neapolitan coffee to take it to the world. Passalacqua coffee Harem is among the most expensive of the roastery and is a blend of 14 different varieties, including the famous Blue Mountain coffee from Jamaica.

Typical for Passalacqua are the particularly dark roasts. Espressi such as Vesuvio, Cremador, Moana, Mekico and Mehari are among the bestsellers of the family roastery. Passalacqua's trademark is the little tongue-twisting Indian. It also adorns all Passalacqua coffee packaging, cups and coffee makers. Passalacqua's southern Italian coffee is aromatic and intense in taste. It has long since ceased to be an insider tip among fragrant coffee lovers.
