In collaboration with the roasting company Alps Coffee from the family Schreyögg, this blend full of character, consisting of 90 % Arabica and 10 % Robusta beans was created. The coffee beans from Fairtrade-certified cultivation convince with fine aromas and a slight acidity. The fruity notes are balanced by the slight bitterness of the Robusta beans, so that the overall result is an aromatic mild espresso. This roasted coffee shows a blend ratio of 80 % Arabica beans and 20 % Robusta beans, each from Central and South America and India.
