Organically grown Arabica coffee beans
The fairLangen entcoff Bio consists of 100% Arabica beans that are organically grown. In addition to the organic cultivation of the beans, the Langen Kaffee roastery attaches great importance to fair trade and close and good relationships with all partners. Only top coffees were used for the blend.
Decaffeinated using a gentle process
The beans for the fairLangen decoff Bio from Langen Kaffee were decaffeinated using a gentle process. First, the unroasted green coffee was brought to a high moisture content with water. After that, most of the caffeine is removed by liquid carbon dioxide and high pressure. The coffee is then dried back to its original moisture content and then roasted.
