Instructions for returning the goods
As a consumer, you have the right to revoke any sales contracts concluded with us. After a revocation, you must return the goods received and affected by the revocation to us, while we are obliged to refund the purchase price. Details of this can be found in our cancellation policy.
We ask you to return the goods to us in the original packaging. Please use suitable outer packaging for the return and please cushion the product carefully and sufficiently for transport. Espresso machines and grinders in particular can quickly suffer damage during transport if the packaging is inadequate.
The aforementioned instructions for the return of goods do not affect your right of withdrawal and, in particular, are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, we would like to point out that - depending on the situation in the individual case - damage to or other loss of value of the goods due to inadequate or improper packaging may result in an obligation to pay compensation for the value on your part. We reserve the right to assert our statutory rights in such cases.
"We shall bear the costs of returning the goods if, in the case of a return initiated within Germany, (1.) the value of the goods is at least EUR 60.00 and you (2.) use the return label provided by us. Otherwise, you will have to bear the return costs."
You are not satisfied with an item? We regret this very much.
In order to process your request as quickly and easily as possible, please proceed as follows:
- Contact us via the contact form and select the subject "Return, complaint & revocation". Tell us which item you would like to return.
- If possible, print out the following return form Aromatico fill it in with the necessary information and enclose it with your return.
- Once we have received and inspected the goods in our warehouse, we will refund the money to the payment method you chose at the time of purchase. The process can take up to 10 days.
The cancellation period is 14 days.
Please note that for hygiene reasons only closed goods
can be exchanged.

A return label is not enclosed with your shipment. We will be happy to send you one on request if the value of the goods exceeds €60.
