This exquisite coffee consists of 100 % Arabica beans and comes from El Salvador, more precisely from Finca El Salvador in the Buenos Aires region. Here the FES Borbonera Natural coffee is processed gently and sustainably to create a unique taste experience.

Preparation recommendation with the Hario V60 ceramic hand filter

1. Insert filter paper and then rinse the filter and cup/jug with hot water.

2. Pour 19 g of coffee into the filter (grinding degree: filter grinding).

3. Pour approx. 60 ml of water (94 °C) in circular movements and let it steep for approx. 30 seconds (blooming phase).

4. Then pour in 4 x 60 ml every 20 seconds, slowly and constantly using a creaming motion.

5. The brewing process should be finished between 2:30 - 2:45 minutes.
