Full-bodied Espresso Decaffeinated
With its sweet taste and nuances of chocolate biscuit, cinnamon and dried fruit, this decaf espresso from Coffee Circle will enchant you with a moment of pleasure. The Decaf consists of 100 % Arabica beans, which come from Colombia. In 35 kg batches, the coffee is roasted for about 11:00 minutes at a final temperature of 215 °C. The result is a decaffeinated espresso with a full-bodied taste with a sweet note. We recommend preparing the espresso beans in a portafilter machine, in a fully automatic machine or in a stovetop pot.
The Unichaparral Cooperative
Even when selecting the growing regions, Coffee Circle attaches great importance to ensuring that the coffee cherries are carefully cultivated and harvested. The beans of the Decaf Espresso come from Tolima in Colombia. Here, the coffee beans are grown by the Unichaparral cooperative at an altitude of almost 1700 metres. A total of 238 small farmers belong to the cooperative. Their care in cultivation and harvesting ensures the highest coffee quality.
Coffee Circle acts in a particularly socially conscious manner: The Berlin roastery pays fair purchase prices to the farmers and cooperatives and invests € 1 for every kilogram of coffee sold in social projects in the cultivation areas.
