It embodies exactly what makes the grinders from the Mignon series modern classics - Mignons are found in many coffee corners in this country next to the portafilter machine. The reason for this is that the espresso grinders from Eureka reliably deliver good grinding results and cut a fine figure in the home kitchen with their simple and slim elegance. Compared to other Mignon grinders, the Mignon Classico is characterized by its comparatively minimalist operation. This is how the Mignon Classico works

The Eureka Mignon Classico is a classic on-demand grinder. That means it's always ready to grind fresh espresso on demand. As long as there are enough coffee or espresso beans in the bean container, which offers space for about 300 grams, a grinding process can be started by pressing the pressure switch under the ejector. Two different modes are available. In manual mode, the grinder will continue to grind as long as the button is held down. A timer, the duration of which can be set with a rotary control on the right side of the housing, can be used if desired. In this mode, a short press of the button is enough and the grinder switches itself off after the timer has expired. In this way, a much more precise dosing is possible than with grinding by eye. To adjust the degree of grinding, the Mignon Classico is equipped with the typical Mignon dial on the top of the housing. The desired grit can be found steplessly and precisely here. The 50 mm hardened steel disc grinder is driven by a 260 watt motor with 1350 revolutions per minute. In this way, an appropriate milling speed is achieved. Thanks to the relatively low speed and the Eureka Silent technology, the Mignon Classico is particularly quiet and heat development in the grinding chamber is prevented.
