Description
The Doge-Nero blend from Caffé del Doge consists of an 80:20 blend. In this mixture, three selected Arabica varieties from Brazil (high Mogiana), Central America and Caribbean plantations meet on washed "" Kaapi Royal "" Robusta beans from India. Roasting the different coffee beans together creates an incomparable and uniform aroma. The method of roasting together is contrary to the Venetian tradition and not very widespread. The blend impresses with its great personality with an intense and persistent aroma. A refined aftertaste without any bitter undertones caresses your palate for some time after the last sip. Taste the love for coffee from Caffé del Doge! Prepare this coffee in a typical Italian mocha pot or alternatively in a portafilter machine.
