The tasting package Aromatico EINS + ZWEI is our pride and joy. In the creation of each of the two filter coffees there is incredibly much love, passion and experience to the coffee. This filter coffee tasting package ensures pure enjoyment at any time of the day. The tasting package consists of two exclusive filter coffees 250 g Aromatico EINS whole bean and 250 g Aromatico ZWEI whole bean. Aromatico EINS is a decaffeinated filter coffee and is perfect for any time of day, Aromatico ZWEI is the counterpart to EINS, a filter coffee with caffeine. EINS is a blend of 100 % finest Arabica beans from Colombia, Honduras and Ethiopia. The composition is particularly harmonious with an abundance of aromas. Floral and fruity notes are accompanied by chocolatey hints. ZWEI is a single origin coffee with 100 % Arabica coffee beans from Colombia. Floral and fruity notes meet a balance between sweetness and acidity. Overall, a balanced filter coffee with light citrus notes.

Easy preparation

Both coffees are suitable for a preparation with the hand filter or the Chemex and thus also for the preparation of a refreshing Cold Brew coffee. Instructions hand filter: - Coffee quantity EINS: 6.5 g coffee grounds per 100ml - Coffee quantity ZWEI: 6 g coffee grounds per 100ml - Ideal water temperature: between 88 °C and 95 °C- Grinding degree: medium fine - Allow coffee grounds to swell in the filter for 30 sec (blooming) and then pour on the remaining water- Extraction time 2.5 - 3 min
