With all of its features and built-in highlights, this single-circuit portafilter machine is absolutely up to date. The puristic design in a matt black look without a lot of frills and reduced to the bare essentials is undoubtedly modern.

Nowadays, a technical device without an environmentally friendly standby mode is hardly conceivable. This is possible and so effective thanks to the quick heating time of just 6-8 minutes instead of the usual 30 minutes.

Additional highlights

The water supply is regulated via a removable water tank, which has an unusually high capacity of 2 liters. The water supply to the thermoblock was solved very intelligently and allows the temperature to fluctuate by a maximum of +/- 1.5 °C. The electronic thermostat is responsible for temperature control. A built-in thermometer also allows you to control the operating mode. The Ascaso Steel UNO is equipped with an easy-care vibration pump and a shelf for cups with an additional railing.

The 360° steam lance made of stainless steel is a true professional model among steam wands. The steam is permanent, particularly powerful and is regulated using the steam knob on the right outside of the portafilter machine. From now on, burnt fingers when frothing milk are a thing of the past, because the steam pipe does not heat up from the outside thanks to the “no-burn” function.
