A real barista tool

The straightforward design of the single-circuit portafilter machine is impressive. Thanks to its slim dimensions, the portafilter machine can also be easily integrated into smaller kitchens. The most important functions of the machine are controlled via the four toggle switches. The UNO PID heats up time is around 6-8 minutes. Thanks to the built-in cup heater, the cups are already pleasantly preheated for the brewing process.

The high-performance thermoblock ensures the necessary temperature stability. The accompanying 2 liter water tank holds enough fresh water for many espressos. The steam wand has a no-burn function and offers 360° freedom of movement.

More technical than its little sister

With the help of the electronic PID control, the temperature can be regulated with an accuracy of up to 1. The throughput time can be read reliably via the display with a built-in shot timer. Also new to this model are the portafilter made of stainless steel and the electronically adjustable pre-infusion.

The brewing pressure can be regulated via an expansion valve. The recommended pressure of 11 to 14 bar can be reliably read using the precision pressure gauge. The brewing group holds portafilters with a diameter of 58 mm. The Barista Lights stylishly illuminate the work surface and provide a special eye-catcher.
