Dark and strong

The Blend Classica from Barbera consists of 70% Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans. The dark roast is intense and strong. In terms of taste, the blend is characterized by notes of chocolate, hazelnut, almond and spices.

Gently roasted

The beans were grown at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,600 meters. They come from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, India and Indonesia. They were roasted slowly and gently and then cooled with dry air instead of water.
