The optimal extraction of the selected filter coffee can be achieved with the pour over machine if the pouring is carried out slowly and evenly. The enclosed double-walled permanent filter made of stainless steel is washable and saves the rather annoying paper filter to buy later. Up to 0.5 liters, i.e. about four cups, of coffee can be prepared. The coffee is then served in the glass jug for which a lid is included.
