The Cortina by Bristot is a strong espresso blend and consists of 10% Arabica beans and a high 90% share of Robusta beans. The espresso is full-bodied, intense and spicy. The taste is woody, tart and still nice and soft. The Cortina can be enjoyed pure as an espresso thanks to the stable crema. Afterwards there is a chocolate note.
