Quickly degradable

The EVO® espresso machine cleaner from cafetto is GMO-free, which means that it is free from genetically modified organisms. In addition, the cleaner for your espresso machine is free of phosphates and chlorine and quickly degradable. Always keep the espresso machine cleaner container closed when not in use and pay attention to the warnings on the manufacturer's packaging.

Instructions for backwashing the brewing group

1. Remove the filter from the portafilter and replace it with a blind filter.

2. For daily cleaning, add 1 teaspoon of EVO® to the blind filter and insert the portafilter into the brewing group as if you were brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 teaspoons.

3. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.

4. Stop cycle and leave for 10 seconds.

5. Start and stop the cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds each, stop for 10 seconds.

6. Remove the portafilter from the brewing group and rinse it well under the water jet from the brewing group. Then switch off the machine.

7. Replace the portafilter with the blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds each, stopping for 2 seconds to ensure a thorough rinse. Remove blind filter and insert normal filter.
