Caffè Borbone is a Neapolitan roasting company that still roasts traditional coffees in the southern Italian metropolis. The Miscela Blu is a typical southern Italian blend with a Robusta content of 40 %. This creates a velvety texture in the cup with a lush crema on the espresso. The creamy texture works perfectly in combination with milk or milk alternatives, for example in a delicious cappuccino or a latte macchiato.
Whole bean, very flexible
The bag with 1 kg of whole beans opens up many preparation options with the right grinder.
