The Toleyo coffee from Coffee Circle is a particularly intense-tasting coffee. The mixture of coffee beans from different highland Arabica varieties from South America and Asia ensures a flavor composition that tastes nutty-sweet and at the same time spicy, earthy and slightly smoky. The coffee is recommended for all common types of coffee preparation: Fully automatic and filter coffee machines, hand filters, French press or the AeroPress.
Three different green coffees
As a blend, Toleyo is a mixture of coffee beans of different origins. For this roast, Coffee Circle blends coffee beans from three different coffee farmer cooperatives from Minas Gerais in Brazil, the Indonesian island of Sumatra and the Bolaven Plateau in Laos. The coffee plants of different Arabica varieties each grow on a slope at an altitude of between 1050 and 1200 meters. The fact that all green coffees used are dry processed before roasting has a positive effect on the intensive taste and full body of the coffee.
