Technical refinements for the perfect espresso
With the Classika PID portafilter machine from ECM you have a high-quality, versatile portafilter machine with a single-circuit system and vibration pump. The single-circuit system with vibration pump always achieves an optimal brewing pressure of 8.5-12 bar, which can be individually adjusted. The insulated stainless steel kettle with a volume of 0.75 L ensures quick heating times of just 10 minutes. With an output of 1,000 W and a water tank of 2.8 L, which is also removable, the ECM-Classika PID guarantees long coffee sessions without interruption. The temperature of the boiler can be precisely adjusted using the integrated PID control, with a display always showing the current temperature. Indicator lights inform you about a lack of water or the availability of steam. The operating lever, two switches and a rotary valve enable intuitive operation.

Pflege und Reinigung
Die tägliche Reinigung erfolgt mit warmem Wasser und/oder lebensmittelechtem Spülmittel. Sie betrifft folgende Bestandteile: Siebträger, Sieb, Wasserauffangschale, Wasserbehälter, Tropfblech und Tamper. Das Duschensieb und die Gruppendichtung befreien Sie mit dem mitgelieferten Pinsel von sichtbaren Verschmutzungen, ohne diese Teile auszubauen. Unmittelbar nach Gebrauch ist das Dampf- bzw. Heißwasserventil zu reinigen. Das Außengehäuse bitte nur bei kalter und abgeschalteter Maschine säubern. Die Brühgruppe sollte jeweils nach 90-140 Tassen anhand des beigefügten Blindsiebs durchgespült werden.
