The convex tamper is a high-quality and solid barista accessory from ECM. This allows you to create perfect pressure results when tamping. Due to the convex pressure surface, the ground coffee gets a slight curvature. This ensures optimal adjustment to the espresso machine's shower sieve.
Tamping experience
