Electric grinder for filter coffee

The Eureka Mignon Brew Pro is specially designed for grinding coffee beans for filter coffee. The 55mm disc grinder, specially ground for filter coffee beans, is driven by a 310W motor which operates at 1350rpm. This enables a productivity of about 1.9-2.5 grams of homogeneous ground coffee per second, depending on the desired grind. The coffee is ejected into the collecting container specially developed for the Mignon Brew series. Thanks to Silent Range Technology, the Brew Pro operates particularly quietly, a special feature of the entire current, high-quality Mignon Series from Eureka.

Operation via touch display

The mill is controlled via the touch display, which features digital portioning electronics for two portioning settings and is clearly designed. In addition, the grinder can be operated via a microswitch with start/stop function. The bean container of the Brew Pro holds 300 grams of coffee beans, which is absolutely sufficient for everyday use.
