Reliable espresso grinder with a lot of convenience

The Eureka Mignon Magnifico is part of the popular Mignon family from the Florentine coffee grinder manufacturer Eureka. The Magnifico model is characterized above all by reliably good grinding results and a particularly long service life, as the 55 mm Diamond Inside grinding discs have been subjected to a special low-temperature treatment. The digital control with two programmable timers also ensures a high degree of user-friendliness.

Grinding with the Mignon Magnifico

The Eureka Mignon Magnifico is a typical on-demand grinder with a focus on espresso. As long as the bean container is sufficiently full, the grinder is ready to grind the next portion of espresso beans directly into the portafilter at lightning speed. A grinding process is started via the pressure switch below the ejection chute. After starting the grinding, the portafilter can be conveniently hung in the hands-free portafilter fork. The height-adjustability of the suspension ensures compatibility with all standard portafilters. The touch display integrated in the ejection allows you to choose between two timers and the manual mode. In manual mode, the grinding process must be ended by pressing the pressure switch again. The manual mode is particularly useful for completely emptying the grinder, for example when cleaning or for single dosing. The Mignon-typical stepless rotary wheel on the top of the housing is used to set the degree of grinding. The focus on espresso is clearly evident here, as the adjustment is particularly precise. In principle, however, the Eureka Mignon Magnifico is also suitable for other types of preparation.

Angular design and great performance

Like the other grinders from the Mignon series, the Magnifico is in a square housing with a cube-like bean container. The angular design language makes it clear that Eureka's grinders don't need to hide next to the portafilter machine. In matt black with chrome elements on the top and on the spout, the Mignon Magnifico combines modern minimalism with classic high gloss. Thus, the Mignon Magnifico fits aesthetically into almost every coffee corner. The grinder is powered by a 260 watt motor, which provides plenty of grinding power at 1350 revolutions per minute. Thanks to the combination of 55 mm grinding discs and a relatively low speed, and Eureka's silent technology, the Mignon Magnifico combines an appropriate grinding speed with an amazingly quiet background noise.
