How it works

The Eureka Mignon Manuale is a classic espresso grinder designed for the on-demand workflow. As long as the bean container is sufficiently filled with coffee or espresso beans, the grinder is activated by a switch below the chute. The portafilter should be pressed against this switch until the desired amount of espresso powder is reached. For setting the degree of grinding, Eureka relies on the proven stepless and precise system with the small rotary knob for the Mignon Manuale. An espresso grinder couldn't be much simpler. Inside, a 260-watt motor with 1350 revolutions per minute together with the 50 mm hardened steel disc grinder ensure adequate grinding performance. Thanks to Eureka's silent technology, the coffee grinder doesn't get too loud. Thanks to the comparatively low speed, the Mignon Manuale is one of the quietest grinders from Eureka.
