The Eureka Mignon Perfetto is designed to grind with the utmost convenience for all grinds. With the Mignon series, the manufacturer from Florence has modern classics in its range - the Mignon grinders are found in numerous coffee corners in this country and are celebrated for their reliably good grinding results, but also for their slim and elegant design. The Mignon Perfetto is perfectly suited as an all-round coffee grinder with a digital control that can be operated via a touch display and its particularly simple grinding degree adjustment.

Convenient workflow

As a typical on-demand grinder, the Eureka Mignon Perfetto is ready to grind fresh coffee at any time as long as the bean container is filled with up to 300 grams of coffee or espresso beans. Thanks to the digital control, two portion sizes or grinding times can be programmed and called up via the touch interface integrated in the ejector. Compared to analogue time controls, the digital system offers greater precision and flexibility, since the grinding times are displayed with an accuracy of tenths of a second. Alternatively, the grinding can also be controlled manually, for example to completely grind the mill. A grinding process is started by pressing the typical switch below the ejection. When grinding for espresso, the portafilter can be conveniently hung in the hands-free portafilter fork to have both hands free while grinding. The fork is flexibly adjustable and removable if you want to grind in other vessels. The Easy-Setting-System ensures that the infinitely variable and precise adjustment of the degree of grinding on the rotary control with integrated scale is quick and easy, even with large changes.

High quality and noble

The Eureka Mignon Perfetto is immediately recognizable as a typical Mignon with its angular design language from the housing to the bean container. In the shiny grey-silver, with chrome elements and the touchscreen, which is integrated into the chrome-plated spout, the Mignon Perfetto also looks good. It goes well with classic espresso machines with a chrome steel look as well as more industrial-modern looking portafilter machines. Inside, a 300 watt motor operates at 1350 rpm to power the grinder with 50mm hardened steel discs. Due to the comparatively low speed and Eureka's Silent technology, the Mignon Perfetto grinds pleasantly quietly despite the appropriate grinding performance.
