It is ideal for freshly grinding coffee or espresso beans for any type of preparation. Thanks to the easy-setting system, coarse changes to the degree of grinding can be achieved with fewer turns of the setting wheel than with other Mignon variants that are specialized in espresso. This makes the Perfetto a good all-round grinder.

This is how the Eureka Mignon Perfetto works

The Mignon Perfetto is basically a classic on-demand coffee grinder. It is therefore designed to wait for its next use with a full bean container. Two timers can be set and called up via the touch display in order to always grind the right portion. Compared to classic analogue timers, the digital control can be used much more precisely and flexibly, as the times are specified to tenths of a second. If desired, the grinding process can also be started or stopped manually. To start grinding, the Mignon Perfetto relies on the typical pressure switch below the ejector, which can be conveniently pressed with a portafilter. Speaking of portafilters: If you are grinding for espresso, the portafilter can be conveniently placed in the hands-free portafilter fork so that you have both hands free while grinding. The portafilter fork can be removed for grinding into other containers. Adjusting the degree of grinding is effortless with the rotary knob with integrated degree of grinding. Even major changes can be made in no time.

The Eureka Mignon Perfetto is immediately recognizable as a Mignon with its angular design from head to toe. In matt black, with chrome elements and the display with white digits on a black background integrated into the chrome-plated spout, the Mignon Perfetto combines modern industrial minimalism with elegant high gloss. The 50 mm disc grinder made of hardened steel is powered by a powerful 300 watt motor at 1350 revolutions per minute.
