Precision valve
The filter holder is equipped with fins on the inside to prevent the filter paper from sticking to the edge. The precision valve regulates the flow rate of the water when preparing a pour over coffee. In this way, GINA enables experimentation with different extraction times in a previously unknown variety and simplicity. A corresponding module is included for preparing a cold drip coffee, which is placed precisely in the glass carafe under the valve. For the full immersion method, the valve can also be closed completely so that the coffee is in contact with the brewing water for longer. Stronger aromas develop and the coffee becomes more full-bodied.

The coffee maker consists of a steel frame with the coffee carafe made of borosilicate glass in the middle and a ceramic filter holder above it.
