Operating the Illy milk frother is very easy. You can select the desired function and start the milk frother via three touch controls. The device is also very easy to clean and the jug of the milk frother can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher. The milk frother was designed by Piero Lissoni, an Italian designer and art director. Instructions for use:

- Lift off the lid of the jug.

- Insert the notched attachment (for making hot and cold milk froth and hot chocolate) inside the bottom of the jug. A spare notched washer is located in the slot under the motor base.

- Pour the milk into the jug, paying attention to the MAX and MIN indicators marked on the inside. Pour the cocoa powder into the hot chocolate jug.

- Place the lid on the jug and then place the jug on the heating base.

- Now start the device by pressing the button for the desired preparation. The preparation process stops automatically and the device switches off.

Manufacturer's Note: It is recommended to use fully skimmed milk to froth cold milk. Hot chocolate: Do not add the cocoa powder until after the milk, otherwise the toothed whisk will clog. Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the correct dosage of cocoa powder. For best results, the manufacturer recommends pre-mixing the milk and cocoa powder before pouring into the pot.
