Onkel Otto from the Kaffeesack roastery is a single-origin filter coffee that is roasted with 100 % Arabica beans from Guatemala. The aim of the roasting is to achieve a taste that corresponds to a classic filter coffee. The result is a coffee that comes across as rather strong, with prominent roasted notes of dark chocolate, a full body and noticeable nuances of maple syrup and orange.
