Full-bodied espresso by star chef Julia Komp
During her trip around the world in 2018, star chef Julia Komp came across the Schreyögg family roastery from South Tyrol. As a passionate coffee drinker, a cooperation with the traditional company developed. Together they perfected the coffee blend for their restaurant in Cologne. The beans are roasted for exactly 16 minutes at a temperature of up to 230 degrees. This gives the coffee beans enough time to break down unwanted acids. Before bottling, the beans undergo three-dimensional sorting to ensure consistently high quality.
High-quality espresso beans with a dark roast
The roasted coffee is a full-bodied espresso made from 100 % selected Arabica beans. These are fair trade certified and organically grown. This special coffee composition is unmistakable thanks to a silky crema and the finest, nutty aromas. It is particularly suitable for preparing coffee in fully automatic coffee machines and portafilter machines and is a real pleasure - pure or as a coffee specialty with milk. The beans come from selected producers in Central and South America, such as Peru, Honduras and Mexico.
