Only 100% Arabica beans from South America and Central Africa are used for the Kimbo Barista capsules. Roasted particularly gently and in a typical Neapolitan way, the Barista capsules produce a very elegant and fine espresso coffee. A blend perfected by a perfect balance between distinct notes of fresh flowers and subtle hints of toasted aromas. Especially well-balanced and roasted a little darker in the usual southern Italian way, the Barista mixture is perfect for any time of the day.

A Neapolitan coffee roastery

The Kimbo roasting company is a Neapolitan coffee roasting company that has become well-known beyond the borders of Italy with its high-quality blends. The roastery was founded in 1963 under the actual name Cafè do Brasil, but was quickly renamed Kimbo. The passion of the roasting house for the unique coffee lies in the tradition of Naples. The Neapolitans' relationship to coffee is so intimate that they do not speak of interest in the cult drink, but of love. Kimbo tries to bundle this in every single mixture and make it accessible to its customers.
