In this blend, the traditional roastery from Naples relies on Asian and Central American coffee beans. 70 % fine Arabica coffee beans of various provenances are combined with 30 % Robusta beans. Robusta beans are often characterized by a strong, slightly bitter finish and provide a distinctive taste and more crema in the cup. And yet, they are key to the taste of so many blends. In this blend, Kimbo has also combined a perfect interplay of Arabica beans and Robusta beans in one blend.
