From black to white
At a temperature of 95 degrees Celsius, the colour of the cup's coating changes to a bright, modern white. If the drink cools down to a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius (after about 4 min.), the colour changes to a light grey tone and the coffee is perfect for hot enjoyment. If you prefer to enjoy your coffee lukewarm, you should wait for the colour to reach a dark grey state, where the temperature is around 60 degrees Celsius (after about 8 minutes). During this period, i.e. between 4 - 8 min., the coffee is at the perfect temperature so that the aromas can fully develop and burns are a thing of the past. When the temperature of the beverage drops to 55 degrees Celsius, the cup reaches its traditional black initial colour.
