The Manaresi Classic Italian stands for a traditional and distinct indulgence, perfect for all passionate coffee lovers. Right in the centre of the Tuscan capital Florence, the renowned Torrefazione Manaresi roasted its high-quality coffee beans for a long time. Where once the fine scent of coffee wafted through the street, today there are expensive boutiques and restaurants. The Manaresi Rosso is now roasted outside the Tuscan city, but still with passion, love and care. The decisive factor for a unique indulgence is the carefull drum roasting in only small quantities under the careful control of the experienced roasting masters.

Real Italian taste

The exquisite bean blend consists of 80% Arabica and 20% high-quality Robusta beans, with an intense brown roast colour. Due to the intensive roasting, acidic notes recede into the background and a full-bodied, chocolaty taste dominates. Despite its powerful character, the espresso is at the same time very full-bodied and balanced. The Robusta content in this Miscela gives the Manaresi Espresso a beautiful dense crema. The Manaresi Rosso as a whole bean in a practical size of 500 g is ideally suited for preparation in a portafilter, a fully automatic coffee machine or a stovetop pot. This espresso is recommended in coffee specialities with milk or as a classic espresso.
