MariaSole's Caffè Crema consists of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans. These are traditionally roasted in a drum over a wood fire. The Caffè Crema is wonderfully soft and has only very subtle acids. Thanks to the Robusta beans, the crema is wonderfully long-lasting and stable!
